E-Tickets

For your convenience, Blackburn with Darwen Venues offers e-tickets for all eligible bookings.

How E-Tickets Work

Your e-ticket will be sent to you immediately by email after booking.

You can:

  • Print your ticket at home.
  • Save it to your mobile device.
  • Present the barcode on your phone when you arrive.

Each ticket is issued with a unique barcode and is valid for one admission only.

If you’re attending as part of a group, each ticket is supplied separately, allowing members of your party to arrive independently if needed.

Important Information

Only the first person to present an e-ticket will be admitted.

Photocopies, duplicate copies or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted.

Please keep your tickets safe until the end of the performance.

What if I Don’t Receive My Ticket?

If your confirmation email or e-ticket doesn’t arrive, please email:

BwDVenuesBoxOffice@blackburn.gov.uk

If possible, include your Sale ID to help us locate your booking quickly.

Why Choose E-Tickets?

E-tickets are:

  • Delivered instantly by email.
  • Available to purchase 24 hours a day.
  • Easy to store on your mobile phone.
  • Better for the environment as there’s no need to print.
  • Less likely to be misplaced before your event.

Refund Protection

We have partnered with Booking Protect to offer optional refund protection when booking your tickets.

As event tickets are exempt from statutory cancellation rights, tickets cannot normally be cancelled after purchase. However, if you’ve purchased Refund Protection, you may be eligible for a full refund if you or someone in your party is unable to attend due to the circumstances outlined in the Booking Protect policy. Click here.

Cancelling Refund Protection

Refund Protection can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact our Box Office on 01254 582579, and a member of the team will be happy to assist.

Requesting a Refund

If you need to make a claim, please log in to www.bookingprotect.com and complete the Refund Application Form.

Claims should be submitted as soon as you’re aware of circumstances that may prevent you from attending, and no later than 45 days after the booked event.
