E-Tickets

BwD Venues are now issuing e-tickets.

How do E-tickets work?

E-tickets will be sent to you immediately via email. You may print them out or present them on your mobile device. Each ticket is only valid for admission once and should not be duplicated. Keep your e-tickets in a safe place and with you until the end of the performance. You will have as many pages as you have bought seats (1 page = 1 ticket), so, you can give each member of your party their ticket in advance and arrive separately if required.

Our E-tickets present a unique bar code. The validity of the tickets is checked and registered at the entrance of the room with a bar code reader. Only the first person who presents the ticket will be admitted entrance. They are presumed to be the lawful holder of the ticket. In these conditions, the photocopies, imitations and counterfeitings will not be accepted.

What if I print out more than one copy or photocopy my ticket?

Please keep your tickets in a safe place and with you until the end of the performance. Each ticket is only valid for one admission and should not be duplicated. Our staff will be aware immediately if more than one copy of the same ticket is used. Unauthorised duplication renders the ticket void.

What if I do not receive my confirmation email or ticket?

If you do not receive your confirmation email or if no ticket is attached, please email boxoffice@bwdvenues.com with your booking reference if possible.

What are the advantages of the E-Ticket?

You can purchase from home; and get your tickets instantaneously, without waiting to receive them by mail, or without having to collect them from the Venue.

You can purchase your tickets at any time, from any place; you just need internet access.

You don’t need to print them to so you can store them digitally and present the bar code on your phone – a step better for the environment.

You are less likely to lose them. We’ve all booked in advance and put them in a safe place!

We have partnered with Booking Protect to offer you personalised refund protection for your bookings. Tickets are exempt from statutory cancellation rights which means that you are not entitled to cancel your tickets after purchase. However, purchasing refund protection enables you to get a full refund of the purchase price if you or anyone in your party is unable to attend due to the circumstances set out in this link.
