Tony Burgess
Tony Burgess is an award winning stand-up comedian, comedy writer and actor based in Manchester.
As well as performing stand-up all over the UK for over 25 years – he’s also written sitcoms for the BBC, plays for The Royal Exchange Theatre and written for many big name comedians such as Steve Coogan, John Bishop, and Johnny Vegas.
With his instantly engaging stage persona, Tony weaves carefully crafted gags into sometimes surreal stories about northern family life, which for over 20 years has proved a hit with the crowds on the UK comedy circuit.
Ian Stone
Ranked amongst the top ten stand-ups in Britain by The Independent, Ian Stone is one of the most talented topical acts and comperes in the country. Edgy and provocative, with an easy-going manner and self-depreciating style, Ian is at great ease bantering with an audience. He received a nomination in 2012 for the BEST SHOW at the Leicester Comedy Festival.
He has performed all over the world including Comedy Festivals in Melbourne, Auckland, Hong Kong, South Africa, Holland, France, Ireland and Germany. He’s entertained the troops in Kuwait, Bosnia,Kosovo, Cyprus and Afghanistan. He was the first British stand-up to perform in Moscow and the first performer to appear for The Comedy Store in Mumbai.
Catherine Young
Hailing from Middlesbrough with Irish roots, Catherine brings a relatable and cheeky perspective to her comedy. Her material often touches on everyday absurdities, delivered with a light-hearted charm that resonates with audiences. She describes herself as someone who “loves drinking, dancing and telling lies,” a sentiment that captures the playful essence of her performances.
